Privacy Policy (Worldwide)
Effective date: October 2, 2025
Company: Intrepid Reality, LLC (“Intrepid Reality,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
1) Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Policy explains how Intrepid Reality collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our applications distributed worldwide on Apple platforms – including iOS, iPadOS, macOS (including Mac Catalyst), visionOS, tvOS, and watchOS—and any related websites, support channels, or services we operate (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy applies globally, subject to additional region-specific disclosures in Section 14.
No separate Intrepid Reality account required: You do not create an account with Intrepid Reality. Authentication, purchases, and entitlements use your Apple ID managed by Apple.
2) Who We Are (Controller)

3) Information We Collect
We only collect information that is relevant to providing and improving the Services. We do not collect your name, email address, or other direct identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them to us (e.g., when contacting support). The types of data we may process include:
A. Information You Provide
- Support/contact information you provide when you reach out to us: e.g., an email address and the details you share. We do not operate user accounts; purchases and entitlements use your Apple ID managed by Apple.
- In‑app content you choose to process (e.g., photos, videos, frames, annotations, tags, notes). Unless you share this content with us for support or backup/sync via a service we control, it typically remains on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account as explained below.
- Support communications and feedback.
B. Information From Your Device (with your permission where required)
- Device & usage data: app version, device model, OS version, language/locale, time zone, interactions with features, and performance metrics.
- Crash and diagnostics data: error logs and diagnostics used to improve stability (from Apple and/or a trusted crash-reporting provider). These diagnostics are pseudonymous and configured to avoid collecting your name, email address, or other direct identifiers.
- Approximate or precise location (only if you grant operating system permissions and when needed for a feature).
- Photos/Camera/Microphone/Files/Contacts/ Calendars/Motion (only if you opt in within the operating system; access is limited to the feature you use and can be changed in Settings at any time).
- Notifications tokens to deliver push notifications (if enabled).
C. Information From Apple & Payment Processors
- Purchase and subscription information (e.g., product identifiers, country/region, subscription status and renewal info) is provided by Apple to validate your entitlement. We do not receive your full payment card details. We also do not receive your Apple ID email address or your full name for entitlement validation; Apple provides pseudonymous identifiers to confirm your purchases.
D. Information From Third Parties
- Service providers (e.g., analytics, crash reports, customer support tooling) may provide aggregated or pseudonymous information that helps us operate and improve the Services.
- Public or commercial sources if needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
4) iCloud/CloudKit & On‑Device Processing
Many features process your content on device. If you enable Apple iCloud/CloudKit sync, your content may be stored in your iCloud account under your Apple ID. Apple operates that infrastructure and we do not have access to your private iCloud content. We may receive limited metadata from Apple to support features like entitlement validation and push notifications. Review Apple’s privacy materials for details about iCloud and your Apple ID.
5) Why We Use Your Information (Purposes & Legal Bases)
We use personal information for:

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time via in‑app controls or operating system settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
6) Do We Use Tracking or Advertising Identifiers?
We do not sell your personal information. We do not engage in cross‑context behavioral advertising. We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission unless we later introduce features that require it—in which case we will request your consent first and update this policy.
